OTTAWA, Canada - September 23, 2003 - Spotwave Wireless Inc. has reached an agreement with U.S. Cellular (AMEX: USM) to deploy its SpotCell adaptive repeater to provide in-building wireless coverage. SpotCell adaptive repeaters will extend U.S. Cellular's wireless coverage in building areas of up to 100,000 square feet, providing coverage in entire buildings or targeted spots within buildings.
